What schedulers ask most often
Can I book at short notice?
If a property is free, arrival is often possible the same or the next day. In urgent cases call us directly – that is faster than any form.
How quickly do I get a response?
You normally receive a first reply within 30 minutes, and the firm quote with property and price usually within 1–2 hours. WhatsApp or phone is fastest – we can often settle the enquiry straight away.
What booking periods are possible?
We are set up for project assignments – typically from a few weeks to several months. Just tell us your planned duration and we will check what is possible. The longer the stay, the lower the rate per person per night.
Can I book individual beds or only whole apartments?
Both. You can book the whole apartment exclusively for your team, or individual beds. With individual occupancy the contract workers share the kitchen and bathroom with other tradespeople.
Do I get an invoice made out to the company?
Yes. You receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately, made out to your company address and payable by invoice. If you have several stays in one month, we are happy to issue a consolidated invoice.
Is there parking for vans?
All properties have parking spaces, most of them also suitable for Sprinter vans and trailers. Just state what you need in the enquiry and we will plan for it.
What happens if the assignment is extended or postponed?
Just let us know. Extensions are usually possible without a new contract as long as the property is free. If dates move, we normally find a solution without cancellation charges.
Do you issue a registration certificate?
Yes. Where the length of stay requires it, we issue the landlord registration certificate (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung) that your employees need to register with the residents' registration office – individually per person on request. Just let us know when booking.
Is bed linen provided?
Yes, the beds are made up on arrival and the linen is included in the price. On longer stays we change it by arrangement. Please ask your employees to bring their own towels.
