If a property is free, arrival is often possible the same or the next day. In urgent cases it is best to call us directly or message us on WhatsApp – that is faster than any form.

We are set up for project assignments, typically from a few weeks to several months. We match the term to your project. The longer the stay, the lower the rate per person per night.

Both are possible. You can book the whole apartment exclusively for your team, or individual beds. With individual occupancy your contract workers share the kitchen and bathroom with tradespeople from other companies.

Over 500 beds in more than 85 properties are available in the Stade area. We can normally house larger crews too, if necessary spread across several apartments a short distance apart.

Yes. If no single apartment is large enough, we spread your team across several nearby properties. You still get one contact and one invoice.

Just let us know. Extensions are usually possible without a new contract as long as the property is free. Get in touch as soon as it looks like the job will run on – then we can hold the space.

We know that site schedules move. Rebookings and short-notice cancellations are handled by arrangement. Get in touch as early as you can and we will normally find a solution.

You normally receive a first reply within 30 minutes. The firm quote with property and price usually follows within one to two hours.

You send us the dates, the number of people and the site location. We check availability and send a firm quote. Your confirmation by email books the accommodation bindingly.

Prices start at 18 € per person per night plus VAT. The exact rate depends on the property, the number of people and the length of stay, and is stated in your quote.

On three things: which property, how many people and how long. The longer the stay and the fuller the apartment, the lower the cost per person per night.

Yes. Electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi are included. There is no additional payment at the end of the stay.

Final cleaning is included in the quoted price. On longer stays you can add interim cleaning – just tell us how often you want it.

Yes. You receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately, made out to your company address. It is set out so that your accounts department can post it without follow-up questions.

Yes, payment by invoice via bank transfer is standard. We do not ask business customers for advance payment.

Yes. If you have several stays or several apartments in one month, we will issue a consolidated invoice per month instead of many individual documents on request.

For business customers we usually waive the deposit. For longer stays or larger properties we agree this case by case.

Yes. The rate per person per night falls with the length of stay. Tell us your expected duration and we will price accordingly.

Fully furnished and ready to move into: single beds, wardrobes, a dining table with enough seats, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, bathroom, separate WC, balcony, washing machine and Wi-Fi.

Single beds. Our apartments are furnished for teams, not for couples – every contract worker has their own bed and their own storage.

Yes, the beds are made up on arrival and the linen is included in the price. On longer stays we change it by arrangement. Please ask your employees to bring their own towels.

Yes, in all properties and at no extra cost.

Yes, in every apartment. On assignments running several weeks, experience shows this is one of the most important features.

Yes, both of the properties shown have a separate WC in addition to the bathroom. That noticeably eases the morning rush when several people have to leave at the same time.

Yes, fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, crockery, pots and cutlery. Your people can cook for themselves and do not have to rely on restaurants.

Yes. Every apartment has a dining table with enough seats, which also works for paperwork, measurements or video calls.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outdoors.

By arrangement, evenings included. We fit around your journey – nobody should be left standing at a locked door after a long drive.

Yes. Tell us the expected arrival time and we will arrange the handover to suit.

All properties have parking spaces, most of them also suitable for Sprinter vans and trailers. State what you need in the enquiry and we will plan for it.

Yes. Where the length of stay requires it, we issue the landlord registration certificate (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung), individually per employee on request. Let us know when booking and it will be ready on arrival.

A confirmation from the landlord that a tenant has moved in, required in Germany to register with the residents' registration office. It is mandatory whenever someone registers a main or secondary residence.

That depends on the length of stay and the individual case. For longer assignments registration is often required. Binding information comes from the residents' registration office in Stade – you will get the certificate from us in any case.

Confirmation by email is enough for the booking. If your company requires a formal contract, we will of course issue one.

Normal wear and tear is priced in. If anything beyond that is damaged, we settle it directly and without red tape – please report damage promptly rather than leaving it behind on departure.

Yes, they are displayed in every apartment. In essence they cover consideration for the neighbours, quiet hours and cleanliness in the shared areas.

The focus is Stade itself, plus Bützfleth and Buxtehude. Through our network we also cover Horneburg, Drochtersen, Himmelpforten, Harsefeld, Fredenbeck, Jork and Apensen.

About 15 minutes by car from our properties in Stade, and a few minutes from Bützfleth itself. The industrial estate with the seaport is the region's largest employment site.

About 10 to 15 minutes by car from the Stade urban area.

Via the A26 and the B73 you are in Hamburg in around an hour. There is also a direct S-Bahn service from Stade into central Hamburg.

Just ask. The Stade area is compact, and a suitable property is usually less than 20 minutes' drive from your site.
