Single beds instead of double beds
Colleagues do not share a bed. Separate sleeping places, their own storage space, enough seats at the table – even when the flat is fully occupied.
A proper kitchen
Hob, oven, fridge, crockery, pots. Anyone coming home after ten hours on site should be able to cook a meal.
Washing machine in the building
On assignments lasting several weeks, that is not a comfort but a basic requirement.
Space for the vehicle
Parking spaces at the property, at most of them for Sprinter vans and trailers too. Hunting for a parking space after work costs nerves.
Cleanliness without discussion
Final cleaning is included in the price. Beds made up on arrival. Cleaning in between on request.
Short journeys to the site
All properties are located so that the region's major employers – the Bützfleth industrial estate, the Airbus plant, businesses in the Elbe-Weser area – can be reached within a manageable driving time.

Clear billing
Invoice made out to the company with VAT shown separately, payable on account. For several stays in one month, as a collective invoice on request. No line items that trip up your accounts department.
Paperwork we take care of
We issue the landlord's confirmation of residence (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung) for the registration office – where the length of stay requires it and, on request, individually for each employee. That saves your people the trek through the authorities.
Reliable even when things change
Projects shift, assignments are extended, crews get bigger. Extensions are usually possible without a new contract; short-notice changes we settle by arrangement. We know how building sites run.
In figures
The ten languages are not an end in themselves: a large proportion of the fitters in the region come from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria or the Czech Republic. Anyone who gets information in their own language has fewer questions – and you as the dispatcher have fewer phone calls.
